Due to the Glasgow concert being postponed and rescheduled for the 13th March, this concert at Hanley was cancelled and was never rescheduled.
The Victoria Hall had a capacity of around 2,800. All gigs on the Dandy tour were separated by a large distance with the exception of this venue which is less than 50 miles from Manchester and Birmingham. It is not known how many advance tickets had been sold for this concert.
The Victoria Hall continues to put on both music and theatre productions. The venue re-opened in 1998 as a much revamped, expanded and refurbished version of its predecessor (official website victoriahall).
